Why do a 30 day stay fit and healthy challenge, when you could do a 30 day plank, or abs, or no chocolate challenge instead?
One of the things we’re very aware of at Stay fit and healthy, is that there’s not one thing that works for everyone. We’re all unique, and our bodies do different things. Just like you may like broccoli but your sibling or partner doesn’t, a broccoli diet wouldn’t work for them would it?
30 day stay fit and healthy challenge
One of the things we all struggle with is change and making changes to our lifestyle which we stick to. So this challenge is all about you. You thinking about what you want, how you want to do it, and what support or information you need. We send you an email every day for 30 days, with a little task to complete. They shouldn’t take you longer than 30 minutes a day, but many are things we want to think about during your day and report back.
Reporting back on your progress, (or lack of, and that’s fine – we’ll help you move forward), is all part of helping you achieve the goal you set for yourself at the start. We’ve all had different experiences, and all have different knowledge, so we can support each other to stay fit and healthy, in the best way for us. Other people may see your challenge from a different view and offer suggestions you may not have thought about.
Just think what it would be like if we helped the community around us to get fitter and healthier. How would that make you feel?
