Most people, so the statistics tell us, are overweight. Some more than others, that’s true. So I guess it’s only natural to be aware that we need to lose weight. But, to do it sensibly and to build habits we can continue in our everyday lives, we have to think of easy ways to create effortless weight loss.

If weight loss seems effortless we’ll enjoy our lives more rather than fretting won’t we? We won’t be so focused on “Am I allowed to eat this?”, or, “How many calories are in that?”. If we can lose weight without much effort, the habits will surely stick, won’t they?

  • Make things easy for yourself.
  • Cut down on the amount of food you eat, gradually.
  • Don’t give up all your favourite foods, or treats, all at once.
